THERMOSENSING

  • It is an IoT-based remote temperature monitoring and alerting system engineered for continuous, real-time supervision of temperature-controlled environments such as common freezers. The system is designed for high reliability, low latency alerts, and centralized data access.
  • Each freezer is equipped with calibrated digital temperature sensors connected to an embedded controller that periodically samples temperature data at predefined intervals. The sensed data is securely transmitted to a central server over a network (Wi-Fi / cellular, as applicable) using encrypted communication protocols.
  • The system continuously evaluates incoming temperature data against configurable threshold limits. In the event of deviations beyond permissible ranges, the system automatically triggers real-time alerts via WhatsApp and Email, ensuring rapid response to critical conditions such as:
    • Power failures
    • Temperature excursions
    • Sensor disconnection or malfunction
    • Communication loss
  • Thermosensing provides a web-based application featuring:
    • Live temperature visualization with timestamped readings
    • Health status indicators for sensors and communication modules
    • Historical data logging with time-series storage
